Why do I want to live in Kingman?

If you’re looking to move to the Kingman Arizona area, we have so much to offer; safe and clean environment, great weather,  the beutiful mountains, wide open ranges, the grand canyons, the Hoover Dam, our Colorado Rivers and much, much more.   

The cost of living is reasonable, and we offer a range of housing options, from moderately priced mobile homes to the higher-end custom built homes.  Kingman is in one of the most rapidly growing counties in the Western US, business opportunities are endless for entrepreneurs starting up their own companies, as well as large corporations.

 

 

Who lives in Kingman?

Kingman’s population is a mix of retired individuals along with upper and middle management personnel, and includes a large labor workforce. Among the larger employers are Ford Motor Company Proving Grounds, General Cable, Guardian Fiberglass, American Woodmark, Tru-Serve Distribution Center, Kingman Regional Medical Center, Wal-Mart Super Center, and Home Depot. There’s an Industrial Corridor along I-40 for larger industry, as well as the Airport Industrial Park. The community has room to expand, making Kingman a strong market for real estate investment. 

 

How do I get there?

Getting to Kingman is easy, and all forms of transportation and distribution are available. Kingman’s location at the junction of four major highways (I-40, AZ Hwy 68, Route 66, and I-93) makes it accessible by car,  bus, or Amtrak train line and by plane.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

 

 

What is the there to do in Kingman? 

Kingman offers many activities for all ages. Just minutes from Kingman are beautiful lakes and rivers where you can enjoy fishing, boating, camping etc... Kingman residents enjoy theatre, softball, bowling, hiking, boating, rodeos and horse racing, among many other pastimes. You can visit our

neighboring area of Bullhead City, Laughlin or Lake Havasu City.  We are about one and a half hour away from Las Vegas, Three hours from Phoenix to the Diamondbacks games, Phoenix Suns and etc... You may even want to visit our famous Grand Canyon which is only an hour drive to the West Rim and see the glass walk or two and a half hour to the South Rim.  Hoover Dam is about an hour from Kingman where you can see the new bypass being built.  There’s something for everyone!
